The experience
Welcome to a unique sake tasting experience offered by a certified sake sommelier!
You will sample a variety of sakes, each with its own distinct characteristics. During the session, enjoy food pairings specifically selected to complement each type of sake, all prepared with locally available ingredients.
In this interactive course, while sampling various sakes, you’ll create your own tasting chart to help identify your favourite and discover how different sakes transform when paired with specific foods.

The host
Aki is a professional and experienced cultural consultant based in Aarhus. She specialises in delivering both corporate and private seminars, as well as organising events centred around “intercultural communication” and “team-building cooking.”
Having lived in several countries across four different continents, she has gained a wealth of experiences in various cultural exposures, and she has come to believe that cooking is a powerful way to explore and appreciate different cultures.
